This was bad, very bad.The plot is poorly developed (for example, having read the book I still couldn't explain what a "navigator", as in "Navigators Book 1", actually is). The story (if you can call it as much) is full of discrepancies, incomprehensible jumps of logic, and generally stuff that makes little or no sense. The "science" in this sci-fi just isn't (androids that eat cookies and milk, sensing something approaching from "outside the universe" and confusing "universe and galaxy", etc...). Overall you're left with the impression of a someone making up a bedtime story for a toddler... stream of thought on a page... without the benefit of editing, so enjoy the grammatical errors.
I kept reading in the hope of some redeeming quality. Alas, there was none. Honestly the worst thing I've read ever...

Starstream Academy The Navigators Book 1 eBook Alexandria Smith Reviews
i enjoyed learning this new space opera/ supernatural-alien mixed world. the story was very easy to follow and has a great concept and didnt throw me into boredom with over description. some of my questions about omegas and is wolf girl "into" into rosie or is it just wolf behavior have yet to be addressed. the storyline has some areas that are choppy to me and im not sure yet what to think about some of the characters personalities but im deffinately going to get book 2 because this author feels like they might have something special.
The beginning of this book was so over-the-top I honestly thought it was a parody. I continued reading just to see if the rest of the book was the same . . . I wasn't disappointed .
it was an ok read. I wish there had been a bit more back story to it though.
IMPO really just not worth your time so confusing its like watching Anime shorts, with parts missing
This author has been writing for years. According to the end of the book. But in all that time she learned nothing about spelling and grammer. It,s a frustrating read
The first part is good but the second part is rushed and does not make any sense. It hops from one time to another without any explanation. "3 hours later we crashed after being attacked." What? Who attacked you, how, and when? It makes very little sense sense. That being said, the first 3/4 or so is great but the last bit makes it look like the author was bored and tired of writing about this.
What should be a simple, girl gets super powers, girl lives high school, learns about powers and fights supervillian turns our to be something else, just not sure what else. No character growth, chaotic staging and absolutely no context. It was like the author decided to include every story idea she had since middle school into one book. Actually, her notes may make more sense than the result. There are a ton of ideas in the book and if she had just decided to focus on developing a few of them it may have turned out readable.
This was bad, very bad.
